This session focuses on using mindfulness to rebuild inner strength after trauma. You’ll practice mindful breathing and self-compassion, and discover how emotions are connected to healing through Chinese medicine. Together, we’ll take steps toward emotional resilience.

3. Rebuilding Inner Strength

Discover gentle energy healing techniques to release emotional blockages caused by trauma. In this session, you’ll practice energy exercises like tapping and acupressure, along with insights from Chinese medicine, to support emotional balance and recovery.

2. Emotional Recovery

In this final session, we’ll focus on creating a personalized healing plan that combines mindfulness, energy medicine, and Chinese medicine. You’ll learn practical tools for long-term emotional well-being, helping you continue your healing journey with confidence.
